FDR Secretary Treasury, Henry Morgenthau

From: The St. Croix Review, <info@stercroixreview.com>

Secretary of Treasury, and FDR confidant, Henry Morgenthau, May 9, 1939:

"We are spending more than we have ever spent before and it does not
work..... I say after eight years of this administration we have just as
much unemployment as when we started.....And an enormous debt to boot!"

(Fast forward to 2010 and the "community organizer" and humongous
bailouts and "stimulus money" and "grants" and minority health care
reform. So what comes next?)
